For the 2025 YGC Collective, we can draw inspiration from Variety’s Actors on Actors and The Hollywood Reporter’s Roundtable to create a dynamic, in-depth, and intimate conversation format that elevates women’s voices. This year’s theme should reflect authentic storytelling, peer-to-peer connection, and legacy-building—all while tying into the YGC Giving Collective, where we invest in a female entrepreneur from our community.
Inspiration & Format:
In-Depth Conversations: Modeled after Actors on Actors, we pair women leaders, visionaries, and changemakers for intimate, unscripted dialogues about their journeys, challenges, and impact.
Roundtable Discussions: Taking cues from THR’s Roundtables, we bring together industry pioneers, entrepreneurs, and creatives for raw, unfiltered conversations on self, time, and money—the YGC trifecta.
