YGC Book Club Presents: An Evening in Golden
What if the most radical thing a woman could do this month... is slow all the way down?
This September, YGC Book Club is doing something we have never done before. We are stepping outside our usual stories centered on women, and picking up a book that stopped Oprah, Slate, and thousands of readers in their tracks for one simple reason: it teaches us how to be still.
Theo of Golden follows an 86 year old stranger who walks into a small town carrying no agenda, no noise, and no rush. What he leaves behind changes everyone who meets him. Readers everywhere are calling it the book they could not put down, and the one that quietly wrecked them in the best way.
